The VF&CJ Midwest Mini Convention

The VF&CJ Midwest Mini Convention was held in Des Moines, Iowa on June 25-27, 2004 at the Marriott Downtown Hotel. Diane Hanselman, Hazel Gritton and Karen Wright were hosting this event. Workshops included Juliana, Schiaparelli, Hair jewelry and Swoboda, Native American and Victorian jewelry.

The Brazos Valley Chapter of VF&CJ

The very newest chapter of VF&CJ held its first meeting in August, 1997. The Brazos Valley Chapter of VF&CJ is located in Bryan/College Station, TX, between Houston and Austin. Coinciding with a major costume jewelry auction date, the Club had light attendance at its first meeting but expects this to change. The first annual(?) Midwestern VF&CJ Mini-Convention

The first annual(?) Midwestern VF&CJ Mini-Convention was held on July 25-27, 1997, in Lu Verne, Iowa, USA. Among the activities: Jewelry Show and Sale, Tour of Mallory House Museum, and a Victorian High Tea. Speakers were Christie Romero and Bobye Syverson. Diane Hanselman, owner of the vintage shop Past and Present Jewelry in Lu Verne, hosted this very successful event. Special guest: Lucille Tempesta, owner/publisher, The Vintage Fashion & Costume Jewelry Club Newsletter.

Appleton VF&CJ Mini Convention

The Appleton VF&CJ Mini Convention was held on August 3, 4 and 5, in Appleton, WI, and another Mini was held in Seattle, WA, in mid-September, 1998.

The 2nd Philadelphia VF&CJ Mini Convention
